For a major real-estate developer in Dubai, we designed the company’s branding and website — reflecting the premium nature and professionalism of the brand. A contemporary, minimalist design language highlights the exclusivity and sophistication of MR8, distinguishing it in the luxury property market.

We also produced a series of commercial videos for their premium real estate projects. One of the highlights was a film showcasing the concept of a residential property still in the design phase. The video extended the brand film we had previously created for the client. At its center was a family of three, symbolizing the project’s spacious layouts with no single-room apartments. We combined live-action footage with architectural visualization, emphasizing key advantages of the development. The result was an inspiring video that helped audiences envision themselves in the space and built a strong emotional connection with the brand.
